The hotel's rooms were a bit disappointing due to being dirty with stained chairs and carpets, but they did offer enough space, a comfortable bed, pillows, and a good bathroom. The backside location of the hotel could be a drawback.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and serviced our family reunion well, but there was an unfortunate smell of marijuana that required us to switch rooms. The service was a mix of amazing friendliness and lack of responsibility for errors. The location was convenient to the highway and shopping areas, with comfortable beds but road construction noise. The dining experience was mediocre but had some basic options available for breakfast.
The hotel had a major issue with noise disturbance from guests above me and the unclean conditions in the room. The safety and overall experience were compromised by disruptive behavior and a false fire alarm incident. Would not recommend or return.
